LearnCore is seeking a talented Product Manager who will be responsible for implementing our mission-critical product suites: from overseeing the project plan, to coordinating resources, to managing project financials and ensuring our projects are on-time and under budget.

We need someone with a strong technical and analytical background that can think holistically about customer challenges. You need to be an integrative thinker with high attention-to-detail, a strong communicator, a great problem-solver, and a passion to scale the LearnCore software.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Work with senior leadership to build the product strategy and road map for the LearnCore platform
• Conduct research to determine solutions for meeting customers’ needs
• Define and analyze key metrics that will inform decision-making and measure success of product-driven initiatives
• Create documentation servicing best practices, code samples and other necessary materials for managing special projects and consultants
• Provide design expertise and thought leadership for strategic application integrations from partner solutions
• Provide leadership for key infrastructure projects including system security, shared services, and business operations
• Determine requirements necessary for platform enhancements and new features
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful launch of platform solutions through training, support and marketing efforts

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years’ experience in a product management role
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or other related field.
• Knowledge of product management methodology and processes
• Disciplined organization and project management skills, with acute attention to detail and an ability to ask the questions nobody else has asked
• Proven analytical skills and a superior ability to use data in order to drive decision-making and feature prioritization
• Strong user-centered design and product sense: you have a high bar for product quality and UI/UX
• Experience managing project ambiguity, complexity and interdependencies in a methodical and structured way
• Experience working in a fast-paced technology environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, and to share knowledge with others
• Good communication skills with a customer service focus
