Product Manager
We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to join the ServiceNow Platform UI Engineering team. This is a special opportunity to be part of the team that is defining and driving the cutting edge of the ServiceNow user experience by creating new and compelling experiences on the ServiceNow platform – enabling people around the world to get more done, faster than ever before! This organization designs and builds the core experiences that are changing the way people work.

You will work with a tight-knit team of experienced engineers, designers, and quality assurance personnel, building the applications that define the ServiceNow platform user experience. You will help define and mature the core platform products and your work will be highly visible and improve the daily lives of millions of our customers.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide product direction and definition
- Gather and define product requirements that meet the needs of our enterprise customers while introducing new and improved concepts that drive the future of working in the enterprise.
- Collaborate with design teams to deliver engaging and consistent user interfaces
- Participate in all product and technical aspects of team deliverables, including quality, performance, maintainability, and scalability.
- Interface with other product managers and stakeholders to ensure we are working on the right things at the right time, ensuring long-term value to the ServiceNow organization and our customers.
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- 3+ years of experience in prod management and driving product definition in the enterprise software space
- Experience and good understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies
- Experience with directing engineering scrum teams and influencing without authority
- Collaboration and leadership skills within cross-functional, self-organizing groups
- Emerging thought leadership skills
- Experience researching and analyzing user needs
- Proven ability to execute to plan and getting things done
- Strong verbal and visual communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
Ideally, the candidate would also have:
- MBA or equivalent management experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow products and/or platform
- Experience working with UX design resources and knowledge of user experience best practices
- Experience in software UI design and/or engineering
- Experience with Adobe, InVision and document collaboration software
- BA in design, business, communication or related field
- SCRUM certification
- Travel: Up to 15%
