What You'll Bring

5+ years of experience working with Salesforce as a product owner, consultant or in digital enablement related to sales and/or service cloud capabilities.

Demonstrates proven success and thorough abilities to learn and perform in functional and technical capacities, which includes the following areas System application implementations, software configurations, an understanding of Object Oriented Programming Principles, Model-View-Controller design patterns, Apex, Visualforce, HTML and JavaScript is a plus.

Utilization of PC applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project) and business levels of fluency to write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently, emphasizing the ability to capture effectively clients' needs and understand their needs enough to be able to translate those needs in to system functionality; multiple language proficiency a plus

Produce deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborate effectively across teams and juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

Working knowledge of Salesforce architecture including App Exchange and be able to evaluate software capabilities from Salesforce and other vendors to evaluate and recommend capabilities aligned with business needs..

Effective oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Self-sufficient and motivated to work in a fast-paced, innovative global environment

Customer service-oriented team player who coordinates with multiple departments and personnel

Impact You'll Make

The Platform Owner is focused on long and short term vision of the B2B CRM ecosystem, harmonizing internal business partners’ interests with IT delivery and representing product capabilities to the journey owners, process owners and capability seekers within TransUnion. The Platform Owner partners closely with Vendor Managers and IT to understand existing capabilities or seek new capabilities to support key business processes. 

This role will be responsible for supporting the organization’s transformation efforts by enabling implementation of sales and operations technology and providing actionable data and analytics to the organization. This individual will be responsible for driving the successful development and delivery of CRM ecosystem capabilities, determining what should be built natively or through partnerships.

Lead end-to-end Salesforce product development to launch comprehensive products that deliver significant value to the business.

Articulate Salesforce current and future capabilities and features to assist with prioritization or evaluation, working collaboratively with the journey and process owners to ensure a unified product roadmap and to influence customer vision at the roadmap level.

Define and manage complex projects across multiple application platforms (Salesforce and other proprietary systems), while partnering with multiple stakeholders across multiple lines of business.

Deliver innovative solutions within our B2B Salesforce application based on user requirements.

Partner with IT representatives at all levels to assess, initiate, prioritize, refine and drive appropriate technology solutions.

Review technical solutions for compliance to business process and objectives

Clearly communicate the B2B CRM ecosystem strategy to the business and technology teams.

Work with vendors to develop licensing structure, manage license usage across capabilities to ensure we are maximizing our value including Justification of licenses and tracking usage to ensure users are using the system as expected and in the right ways

Manage B2B CRM ecosystem spend and usage across applications and make recommendations to optimize

Responsible for vendor management activities including management of vendor contracts and SOWs

Responsible for business administration of key SFDC platform features
