We are searching for a Product Owner to join our rapidly growing team in our Chicago office. The Product Owner is responsible for executing cohesion’s product vision and strategy – ensuring a timely delivery with a strong attention to quality.

What You’ll Do 

• own product progress | manage new feature development, prioritize backlog tasks, optimize processes, and communicate across roles (and continents)
• improve user experience | perform quality testing, create user tutorials, and identify opportunities for a more streamlined user experience across the platform
• assist in product research | perform competitive analysis, conduct user interviews, and explore partnership opportunities
• grow your skillsets | wear a new hat every hour on an agile and collaborative startup team

Required Qualifications 

• At least 2 years of proven, relevant experience 
• Experience using JIRA, or similar task management tools
• In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles
• You set lofty goals and stay transparent about your progress
• You believe feedback is vital to success - you seek it and you provide it
• You find clarity in chaos - you’re able to execute on your task list because you stay organized and take diligent notes
• You’re present - you listen first, provide clarity, and tailor communications to the individual
• You're excited about a fast-paced and iterative start-up culture

Desired Qualifications 

• BS in Computer Science or related field
• Scrum Master experience and/or certification (CSM)
