We are looking for an enthusiastic product owner to join our product team. The Product Owner will be responsible for contributing to the profitable, rapid, and sustainable growth of the business. The Product Owner will work closely with engineers and product designers and be responsible for driving the core vision and the day-to-day deliverables.
Responsibilities
Work is typically conducted unsupervised with only direction given in terms of desired outcomes. Able to understand the business strategy and goals to execute key duties and responsibilities to meet goals and objectives. Must be able to re-define processes if needed and provide subject matter expertise when working on assignments that typically are enterprise reaching or have high visibility for the organization.
- Creation of product strategy documents and implementation plans related to product initiatives
- Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, user tests, and data analytics
- Translation of business needs into actionable, high value user stories.
- Collaborate with product design team to create wireframes and clear product requirements
- Partner with engineering to ensure that feature launches are prioritized and delivered on schedule
- Manage backlog of feature requirements, prioritizing features and communicating prioritization and timelines persuasively across teams and stakeholders
- Present new product initiatives to internal teams, customers and prospects
Qualifications

Qualifications include:
- 4+ years product management experience, B2B and SaaS experience preferred
- Strong track record of crafting roadmaps and delivering products well-aligned with business strategy
- Experience working in an agile delivery and teams (SCRUM)
- Strong project management skills: attention to detail; ability to create and manage timelines, key deliverables, dependencies, quality and delivery
- Analytical mindset and ability to make decisions and demonstrate results based on data
- Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and respect for timelines & deadlines
- Positive nature, enthusiasm, motivation and a desire for continuous improvement
- BA/BS required – MBA is a plus
