Salesforce Product Owner

TransUnion is seeking a Salesforce.com Product Owner to join our Sales Strategy and Operations group in our corporate office, located in Chicago, IL. This role will champion innovation initiatives in partnership with our global technology group and other stakeholders for rapid delivery of platform enhancements.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree is required; Information Systems, Computer Science or related degree is preferred
4+ years professional experience in a software development environment, Product Manager or Product owner in a SCRUM/ Agile, CI/CD operating principles is preferred
SFDC implementation experience is required (Lightning, Sales & Service Clouds, Communities)

Strong verbal and written communication skills, influential in meeting and presentation facilitation, strong attention to detail, commensurate Microsoft tools proficiency
Self-starter initiative working autonomously with minimal direction, and collaboratively across stakeholders, effectively partnering while problem-solving in a team environment

Synthesize inputs from the business, technology partners, and industry intelligence for the prioritization and delivery of platform enhancements based on business cases and agile user stories
Establish partnerships with functional leaders and users across the organization, leveraging strong intuition in business and technology to solve complex business problems
Provide input to SFDC backlog management, iteration planning, dependencies, and downstream implications of enhancements to ensure technology partners deliver maximum business value
