ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Enterprise team is focused on increasing the value of ShopRunner to our retailers by launching new products and features to enhance their customer experience. We will discover innovative ways of utilizing our unique customer relationships and data to build experiences that exceed customer expectations for our retail partners. We will also look for opportunities to replace other vendors that our partners pay for to support features on their site by building solutions that beat out the competition. We are seeking a Product Manager who is passionate about making our retailers’ buying and checkout experience amazing for their customers.

ABOUT WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Own our growth and scale strategy for payments products, including owning the roadmap for our Express Checkout button and Apple Pay and Chase Pay integrations 
  • Understand and articulate the needs of the retailer and consumer market, and identify and prioritize the most important and impactful products for the business
  • Ensure adoption and communication of new features and products by working closely with our Sales and Partner Success teams and directly with retailers
  • Own the backlog and grooming process with your development team, and optimize for cross-team efforts and dependencies
  • Partner closely with the data, analytics and user experience teams to define and implement testing on our partners’ sites to optimize their shoppers’ experience
  • Present plans and progress to senior management and retailers

ABOUT WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: 

  • 3+ years of product management experience - preferably packaged, standalone products that require a full B2B product launch lifecycle
  • Understanding of online payments products and technologies
  • Strong product skills: Familiarity with sourcing and implementing new product ideas rapidly and successfully in a fast-moving growth environment
  • Strong technical skills: Familiarity with web technologies, e-commerce integrations, and adept with browser concepts like cookies and caching
  • Strong analytical skills: Familiarity with A/B testing, reporting and insights tools along with a comfort in understanding complex data to evolve our product strategy and roadmap
  • Strong communication skills: Able to present new ideas to internal stakeholders and executives along with retail partners to promote and gain feedback on new features and ideas
  • Experience working with analysts, designers, and developers to define and launch new features
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and bias toward action
