Role

This role will be responsible for building and maintaining integrations between LogStream and an ever growing ecosystem of data sources and destinations. This role will also help define and drive Cribl's strategy around content, known as Packs. We are looking for a seasoned product manager to work directly with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and customers to define, prioritize and deliver on our overall Integrations and Packs strategy. You know how to read an engineering document, use git to try features in development, and what it takes to provide our technical support teams with the information they need to accelerate growth of LogStream at a crucial time in our company’s development.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineering teams to define and prioritize product backlog for Integrations and Packs for Cribl’s flagship product - LogStream
• Coordinate with support, community and sales engineering on new features, known issues and other information that help technical staff do their job better
• Identify Integrations & Packs opportunities and improvements that continue to build LogStream’s competitive position in the market.
• Be a community technical champion, offering help and guidance whenever possible to our over 2500 community members
• Work with UX and UI designers to ensure a seamless flow through our products to improve overall usage and customer experience
• Work with heads of product to communicate important product information and formulate strategies across multiple products

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience working directly with engineering teams in a product manager or product owner capacity (or similar experience in a technical role)
• Comfortable working in ambiguous and fast moving environment
• Experience working in a startup serving enterprise users and buyers a plus
• Experience working with streaming data a bigger plus
• Previous experience managing a portfolio of enterprise integrations a HUGE plus
