Impact You'll Make
As a Senior Product Analyst you will help drive and support product decisions, operational health of the system, and optimization projects through a deep understanding of our Products and KPIs to clearly define, prioritize and champion data driven optimizations.
With strong functional knowledge of the Consumer platform, its capabilities, customer expectations, and product lifecycle, this team monitors and analyzes leading/lagging indicators to identify risks and opportunities for the health of the system. They support various stakeholders and act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on operational aspects of our Consumer Solutions and channels.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring on the health of the platform and communicate status and actions to stakeholders
Own, maintain, and update toolsets, processes, and Dashboards supporting product decisions and operational activities
Execute and manage optimization initiatives to close gaps, improve efficiencies, or support revenue lift
Triage and resolve incidents and facilitate solution on complex matters
Provide data-driven enhancement recommendations and guidance to support product development
Refine features within the agile framework
Serve as the business expert for specific Platform and Products to our internal and external stakeholders
Work closely with our business stakeholders to understand and anticipate our Partner needs in order to prioritize initiatives
