Key Accountabilities

  • Proactively work with business units and teams to understand and translate data-driven initiatives and potential ideas into fully developed analytics products
  • Create, manage, communicate & present data analytics strategy, vision and roadmap
  • Synthesize ideas and suggestions from stakeholders and users to determine what to build based on business priorities, strategy and vision
  • Advise business units on how to leverage our existing enterprise wide analytics technologies, platforms and data assets in the most effective and efficient manner
  • Work alongside Data Scientists, Analysts and Data Engineers to develop innovative analytic solutions in an agile manner
  • Work with all stakeholders across the organization to identify and establish a process for data modeling, data exploration, and data visualization
  • Partner with UX design, marketing, engineering, and sales to deliver the best product for our customers, partners, and internal team
  • Gather insights about our users and partners from qualitative and quantitative research which will inform future product decisions

Qualifications and Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management of analytics or data-driven products
  • Experience with online and offline data collection, data onboarding and data management platforms
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; experience in data collection, model building, testing and validation, SQL queries, statistical methods and leveraging log-level data
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams like engineering and analytics to define, build, and maintain products which are essential to growth, engagement, and retention
  • Strong project management skills, such as planning, task prioritization, objective setting, meeting management, and execution
  • Experience interfacing and managing stakeholder groups both inside and outside of company to develop requirements and build roadmaps
