Sr VP of Product Management, Payment Applications

SpotOn is a fast-growing Point-of-Sale, marketing, loyalty, sales, and reputation tracking platform that helps customers check in to earn rewards at their favorite local businesses using our web, mobile phone, and tablet products. Business owners can use data generated by these check-ins, as well as sales data, to reach out and connect with their customers, and manage their online reputation, and experience the benefits of loyal, returning customers.

This role will be a well-rounded product leader – someone who has both excellent product design/UX sense and strengths in market dynamics and business strategy. You will lead a dynamic team building our payment applications and will have experience on both the acquiring and issuing side of payment transactions.  

What you'll do...

• Hire, build, and lead a high performing Product Management team
• Work on early stage and growth stage products for SpotOn Payments.
• Set the long-term product strategy
• Drive product design and prioritization decisions across directly managed teams, and work closely with teams across other product portfolio
• Be accountable for product roadmaps, resource allocation, and release cadence
• Be an evangelist for your product movement across the company
• You will lead multiple product managers.
• You have the drive to flourish with minimal guidance; you are proactive and thrive in ambiguous environments

What you'll bring..

• Experience building best in class payment systems in the restaurant, retail or entertainment industry.
• Experience with both payment issuing and payment acquisition. 
• 8+ years of experience in a product role and 4+ years of people management experience.
• Excellent product design sense plus awareness and interest in market dynamics.
