Job Description
Support service strategy, design, develop, launch and maintain infrastructure platforms
globally. Manage the product throughout the product lifecycle (inception to cancellation and
end of support lifecycle). Gather and prioritize service product and customer requirements.
Define the product vision, and collaborate with key work partners to deliver winning service
products and solutions. Manage customer engagements. Utilize technical knowledge to
design and influence customer success strategy.
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience
Degree Field: Engineering, IT, Math, Business , or related
