We are looking for an agile and innovative thought leader to drive results with strategy, product planning and marketing. The SVP, Product Management will lead the product team to develop offerings and delivery the product strategy. This person will execute product lifecycle and functional responsibilities to ensure availability and accuracy of quoting tools and product catalog while meeting roadmap release dates. Will oversee launch and future evolution of Ensono’s product portfolio.

The Product Management leader with partner and work with Sales team and mature the approach to life cycle tactics of services. This includes competitive analysis, differentiated product marketing and case studies, market clearing pricing and effective pitch decks and value proposition positioning. The company is also currently expanding its assessment, consulting & advisory and cloud migration services. The ideal candidate will have experience with such.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving Product revenue, growth and profitability with an emphasis on Public Cloud revenues and emerging services
• Strategize, develop and manage product specifications and road map to deliver world class products
• Keep upper management informed on technology market trends, current products and available third-party solutions
• Collaborate with clients to create product roadmaps for co-development of solutions
• Work with Operations to assure automation in tasks that are required to operate the product and deliver non-automatable tasks from optimal cost centers
• Partner with various business stakeholders in Ensono to prioritize product delivery schedules and the development and other teams
• Lead and provide direction to the team for monitoring and evaluating industry trends, standards and compliance needs
• Collaborate with marketing team to create product collaterals and social media content
• Consistently improve our product offerings through rigorous testing, evaluation, and analysis of key measurements results to optimize UX

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant Product Management experience in the technology space
• 5+ years of experience building, leading and mentoring a product management team
• MBA preferred
• Knowledge and ability to create product specifications and roadmap for successful sales enablement
• Experienced with public speaking engagements and presentations, and client interface
• Proven success developing compelling product visions and its execution
• Knowledgeable about market trends and content management
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret into actionable recommendations
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Agility and experience to deliver under pressure in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
