As the Technical Product Manager (TPM) - Core Policy you will be responsible for the product capabilities and roadmap execution of all Policy Admin solutions including Rating, Underwriting, Forms, and Billing. You will define product requirements, understands the competitive landscape, and position Origami solutions for clients and prospects.
Responsibilities
- Leverage stakeholders to develop product requirements to effectively plan, organize, and communicate the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with the Development team, other TPMs, and Product resources to ensure successful platform and market releases and product lifecycle management.
- Write user stories and define acceptance criteria working closely with the Development team to execute the product strategy.
- Partner with customers and implementation services to ensure product success.
- Synthesize stakeholder feedback and effectively communicate to relevant teams.
- Work with Engineering and other stakeholders to develop and prioritize user experience (UX).
- Collaborate with Service to establish best practices and standard approaches to enhance time to value for Origami clients.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management in a SaaS-based B2B environment
- 5+ years of technical experience implementing Policy Admin & Billing system solutions for insurance carriers is preferable
- Bachelor's degree - Technology, business, liberal arts, science or engineering
- Experience with implementing ISO lines of businesses is a plus
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with others
