Our team is leading the effort to develop and orchestrate digital initiatives across every facet of our interactions with customers. This includes new brand engagement, e-commerce, service delivery, and digital content capabilities. With the fast-emerging digital environment, this team is focused on innovation across the customer journey in and outside our restaurants, identifying the most meaningful opportunities for our customers, and developing capabilities to bring them to life.
The US Digital Web Product Manager will partner cross-functionally to identify, define and deploy new and creative features for mcdonalds.com. Through this role, you will represent the customer by articulating, vetting and prioritizing features within the digital product plan for the US market. You will play an integral role in developing customer-centric, exclusive ecommerce experiences focused on driving customer engagement.
Digital
Actively led the day to day execution of the roadmap
Guide development team in story creation, priority and production maintenance needed
Effectively manage communication and documentation with partners
Partner with leadership, marketing, operations, legal, analytics, engineering, and design teams to define improvement opportunities in the form of epics and stories
Provide consistent updates to leadership, including roadmaps and analytics
Work cross-functionally with dedicated agency, engineering, and QA resources
Partner with other product managers to build and align omni-channel capabilities as well as ensure US market needs are met
Continuously prioritize future web features, delivering the highest value features first and making calculated trade-offs on requested features set
Thoroughly understand customer needs and anticipate customer demands in order to develop engaging, best-in-class digital experiences for the US market, based on the centrally-built web capability from the Global Digital team
Analyze customer insights, data, and competitive analysis to identify problems and opportunities
Subject matter expert who brings a strong perspective on eCommerce/web and understands its’ role within the broader customer experience vision McDonald’s is trying to achieve
Customer-centric with a real passion for discovering consumer behavior, trends, and opportunities for innovation
Exceptional leadership and product management skills
Robust experience collaborating with a diverse set of stakeholder and driving results
Demonstrated experience in understanding the difference between stated and actual customer needs
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Critical thinking and analytic skills
Self-starter with strong bias for action
Bachelor's degree
2 - 5 years of experience translating customer needs into digital product features with a consistent track-record of successful delivery
Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, MS
Office, Tableau and Adobe Analytics
