POSITION OVERVIEW:

In the role of Customer Engagement Expert, you will execute various types of interactive promotions for a specific segment of our MillerCoors partnership. This role collaborates with all departments of our organization; working with members of Legal, Project Management, Customer Support, and Fulfillment Teams to provide integrated service to our clients. In this key account management role, you will lead our spectrum of solutions to help clients achieve their goals and objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a range of program owners on MillerCoors’ brand, field and customer teams
  • Run the day-to-day operations of assigned projects with strong attention to detail
  • Effectively manage project timelines and deliverables from concept to execution
  • Responsible for working collaboratively with cross-functional teams within the organization on projects
  • Assembling and providing promotion data to clients including opt-ins, KPIs, weekly/daily analytics reports, and the Post Promotion Report

JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, client services, or strategy
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Experience in client management including expectation management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Alcohol beverage experience is a plus
  • Promotions experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of driving revenue
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, relationships, and tasks simultaneously all with attention to detail
