The Opportunity: The Change Management Specialist is a trusted advisor and change management consultant for our law firm customers as they transform manual practice to an automated process to enhance the way they create and deliver work product. This is an opportunity to influence transformational change in how lawyers create high quality, legal documents from first draft to final delivery, automating many steps in between!

A Day in the Life:

  • Work with customers to create effective communication and change management plans, to drive end user engagement and maximize product adoption
  • Leverage data insights to manage customer progress, performance, and priorities
  • Provide guidance and counsel to law firm leadership on knowledge management principles relating to the drafting process
  • Interact directly with end users and key customer stakeholders at accounts
  • Engage end users who are active in the drafting process to provide best practice guidance
  • Contribute content and deliver impactful training as part of a broader adoption strategy
  • Influence transformational change in the way lawyers work in practice
  • Work cross functionally and strategically with internal teams to deliver value and ROI to customers
  • Success is measured by user engagement, growth and retention

Role Progression:

Within 1 month, you will:

  • Complete new hire onboarding including eLearning courses, instructor led training, and more
  • Be trained on Litera's core values and see an overview of our solutions
  • Learn the Litera Desktop platform by walking through the product, collaborating with teammates, attending training sessions, and more
  • Get to know your team and key stakeholders around the business you will work with most
  • Learn best practices, processes, and business tools used including Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook and Tableau
  • Understand key metrics and reporting

Within 3 months, you will:

  • Work with Customer Success Managers to execute account specific strategies to drive end user engagement, maximize product adoption and deliver value as a measure of revenue growth and retention
  • Leverage data insights to manage progress, performance, and priorities
  • Prioritize activities to ensure maximum customer-focused time utilization
  • Interact directly with end users and key customer stakeholders at accounts

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Identify repeatable and measurable strategies to engage end users on Litera Desktop
  • Be a key contact of our largest law firm customers and work regularly with them to continue to execute on end user strategies and defined objectives
  • Influence transformation to help shape the future success of the company
