Advisor, Project Management - Consumer Interactive

This position will be responsible for managing projects that span multiple regions and/or departments within TransUnion’s international direct-to-consumer and indirect (B2B2C) business.

What you’ll bring:
· Ability to manage and oversee the business and technical activities of projects or programs that span teams in multiple regions and/or departments.
· A complete understanding of the business and technical aspects of a project or program in order to manage issues, risks and mitigation plans including B2B2C indirect partner dependencies and onboarding activities.
· Experience with overseeing workflow for managing contracts, Requests for Proposals, Statements of Work, Authority for Expenditures, vendor selection and Go-to-Market plans.
· An aptitude to coach, influence and mentor other project managers and conduct peer reviews. Lead post-mortems and ensure learnings are incorporated into processes.
· Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business or related field required
· 10+ years in Project or Program Management.
We’d love to see:
· Ability to support the transition to SAFe by understanding enterprise wide SAFe processes and adapting to regional needs with the intent of driving to full SAFe maturity.
· 5+ years Project or Program experience in internet based information products or services; financial and/or credit information; Agile/Scrum (SAFe experience a strong asset).
· Demonstrated work experience and collaboration with international product and technology directors to drive cross-regional and region-independent projects.
· A quick learning professional with inner drive, a strong work ethic and desire to grow.
Impact you’ll make:
· In the first 90 days, you will begin to work both with TransUnion’s Consumer Interactive and International divisions to create and deliver mostly web-based financial products that help consumers manage their credit, identity and financial well-being in our international markets which include Hong Kong, South Africa, India, Columbia and the United Kingdom.
· Beyond 90 days, you will ensure the consistent quality of project management activities in each region, driving the adoption and improvement of project-related processes and facilitating the transition to SAFe.
