You celebrate the agile mindset and are eager to succeed and deliver. You’re comfortable playing project manager roles for external clients large and small. You enjoy facilitating the scrum process and take pride in on-time delivery. You want to learn, teach others, and grow. You’ll work from home and collaborate with a distributed, remote development team.

We are Foxbox Digital and we are looking for an Agile Project Manager with foundational skills in agile software development and a desire to also get their hands dirty by identifying problems and finding solutions. You will be working in a high-paced environment and will be trained, guided, and supported to independently run your own projects and interface directly with clients.

What you'll do

• Collaborate on up to 2 projects with Product Consultants and delivery teams (developers, designers, architects) to build and deliver complex mobile or web products

• Plan and facilitate scrum ceremonies and own the agile process

• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to help advocate for your team and ensure they have knowledge of all requirements and dependencies to be able to deliver successfully

• Manage the sprint board and track project metrics to ensure on-time delivery 

• Author and organize project documentation such as executive summaries, client updates, change requests, etc. 

• Facilitate the team's production release activities

• Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high-levels of quality for the team

What you've done

• 4+ years experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment

• 2+ years of agile experience working on software projects (web and/or mobile)

• Consulting, account management or external partner/client management

• Managing the full life cycle of a software development project using Scrum and Agile principles, with a focus on delivery

• Tracking project metrics and reporting out to client stakeholders and senior management

• Worked in tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Trello, Slack, Notion, Airtable, etc.

• Facilitate client meetings and lead delivery teams while demonstrating a willingness to “get your hands dirty” when needed to get the job done

• Show exceptional communication skills – written, oral, visual, formal, informal
