SUMMARY:

All Campus continues to grow quickly and we are seeking an Associate Director of Project Management who will be responsible for planning and overseeing marketing related projects to ensure they are completed on time while meeting business requirements. This role will collaborate with internal stakeholders to define, execute and champion process improvements focusing on the various marketing teams (Content, Design, Strategy, Social/Paid Media, SEO). This individual will be a member of the Project Management/Operations teams and will also manage/execute new client program launches as well as various process optimization initiatives as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborates with internal teams to identify process gaps, develops, implements and maintains process improvement processes/documentation
  • Works with internal teams to coordinate resources for assigned projects, which may include marketing operations partner projects, new program launches, as well as business operations process improvements
  • Assists/supervises relevant internal departments with project scope and objectives, and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensures all projects, launches and process improvements are delivered on-time, within scope
  • Creates detailed project plans to track progress and maintains project documentation and related timelines; adjusts resources when necessary
  • Develops and manages spreadsheets and process maps as needed by project
  • Ensure communications within and from the teams are clear and effective, meetings have clear purpose and objectives, and that risks, or issues are surfaced, escalated, or resolved
  • Reports and escalates project issues to AVP, Operations
  • Performs other duties as assigned


SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS:

  • The supervision of a Project Management Intern may be assigned.


EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE an equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
  • 3 years of experience in project management; experience in higher education and client service preferred
  • Project management certification required
  • Experience with project management software and tools
  • Clear, concise, and effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Demonstrated ability to be highly responsive, manage multiple projects simultaneously, understand priorities and resource utilization, address identified problems, meet deadlines, and respond to urgent needs
  • Strength in managing relationships and stakeholders expectations proactively and professionally
  • Active listener and facilitator of information.
