Job Description

As an Associate Project Manager for DigitalMint, you’ll manage the important initiatives which drive our business. You will work regularly with management, team leaders, and engineers to ensure that business stakeholders’ requirements are tracked to delivery. You will maintain and improve DigitalMint’s commitment to quality service and an outstanding customer experience. This is a unique opportunity to have a high impact at a rapidly growing business in the financial technology industry.

What You’ll Do

• Own, organize, & track business initiatives from company management & stakeholders
• Be the primary liason between business stakeholders & engineering staff
• Ensure a high level of software quality & customer experience
• Provide engineering progress updates on business initiatives to management

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years experience managing software requirements, software quality, or business initiatives
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• An analytical approach to problem solving
• A background in financial technology
• Willingness to assume multiple roles and responsibilities and perform various business functions
• Interest in bitcoin, blockchain technology, and digital currencies
