Responsibilities:
- Be a client advocate.
- Provide support to the TDM team
- The point of escalations for client’s operational needs.
- Manage, lead, and coordinate operational projects and objectives.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client environments and support procedures.
- Identify opportunities for improvements and address inefficiencies.
- Ability to travel. Travel expectation is light, about 5% - 15%.
Required Skills:
- 1-4 years’ experience working in any of the following areas: project management, service delivery, technical account management, or systems administration.
- Working towards industry-recognized technical credentials (i.e., AWS, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications).
- Demonstrate an understanding of any of the following technologies: Mainframe, Open Systems, Virtualization, Databases, Cloud Computing, Middleware, or Networking.
- Demonstrable troubleshooting and investigative skills.
- In possession of a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Client and task focused.
- The ability to manage, with some direction, competing priorities from a variety of stakeholders.
- An adept communicator who can interact with audiences of varying skill sets and experiences.
- Calm under pressure and able to assist with the management major incidents.
Nice to have Skills:
- Possessing industry-recognized technical credentials (i.e., AWS, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications).
- Deep understanding of any of the following technologies: Mainframe, Open Systems, Virtualization, Databases, Cloud Computing, Middleware, or Networking.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and investigative skills.
- The ability to manage, independently, competing priorities from a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to manage major incidents while remaining calm under pressure
