What You'll Bring

We are seeking a Brand Administrator and Project Manager to help manage our brand, execute our brand governance program and manage the execution of various projects for TransUnion’s enterprise brand team. The professional in this role will also operate as our program administrator and manager, responsible for budgets, timelines, reporting on team effectiveness, and creating and maintaining project plans. This person will work closely with accounting, procurement and other cross-functional teams, departments, and outside vendors to ensure each project maintains its critical path.

Familiarity with brand management and governance, marketing communications.

Strong leadership and ability to work and communicate with all levels of management in the organization.

The ability to manage multiple, independents cross-functional projects simultaneously or as one cohesive program. 

Excellent planning, communication, negotiating, and collaboration skills. 

A positive attitude and the ability to form collaborative working relationships with team members 

Good time management and organization skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working under deadline pressure

Ability to consult with senior peers on general projects

Excellent oral and written communication skills. 

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Working knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques, particularly agile methodologies. PMP certification is a plus.

2-4 years relevant professional experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting

Impact You'll Make

Measure project performance and identify areas for improvement by supporting the PR and brand team with activities such as media monitoring, and prepare presentations that communicate brand effectiveness, including our monthly campaign, project and results report

Handle day-to-day maintenance of the brand team’s invoices and budget, including the management of contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. You will work closely with TransUnion’s legal and procurement teams to execute process and improve workflows. 

Support our annual plan refresh, update our content library, and operate as the Agile coordinator for our team. 

Under general supervision manage and own the flow of brand projects by setting up project kickoffs, gathering information and assets as required, and obtaining required approvals, and ensure that projects are completed on strategy, on budget and on-schedule.

Coordinate external, third-party requests for use of the TU brand, content and intellectual property (IP), including the coordinate of proper approvals for external, third-party requests for use of the TU brand, content, and intellectual property (IP). You’ll also work closely with TransUnion’s legal teams to strike a balance between seizing opportunities for increased visibility, while protecting brand integrity.
