We are looking for a Carrier Program Manager to educate and manage carriers as they build out a suite of connectivity options for project44 to integrate, maximizing value to project44’s shipper and third-party logistics (3PL) customers. As the Carrier Program Manager, you will be responsible for leveraging existing, and creating new, carrier relationships, educating  carrier executives and leaders and managing their program implementation.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage carrier programs:
• Project and program management including adherence to deadlines, weekly cadence meetings, and executive summary reports
• Develop and eHealth Checks to carriers to help them understand current strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
• Stay at least one-step ahead of carriers
• Expand carrier network:
• Identify carriers, sell our network value proposition, negotiate agreements, and implement.
• Educate and partner with executive (business and technical) leadership at carriers to build and improve connectivity options to maximize value to project44 customers
• Identify and drive efficiencies and process and product improvements:
• Invent and implement new, more efficient ways of doing things
• Liaise with Product Management and project44 customers to determine strategic capabilities needed to maximize value of carrier connectivity

• Experience:
• 2-3 years of experience

• Bachelor’s in Analytics, Business, Economics, Information Technology, Supply Chain, and/or Transportation/Logistics
• Master’s in Business (MBA), Supply Chain, or Transportation/Logistics preferred

• APICS CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD
• CSCMP SCPro
• SOLE CPL
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends, as necessary
