WHO YOU ARE:

As a Consultant, Change Management you will perform a variety of responsibilities assigned to the Digital Services Run and Change Management team to prepare for the successful delivery of upcoming digital transformation, product, and platform changes.

You are an energetic self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and responds to changes with flexibility. You exert a high degree of initiative, urgency, and follow-through.

You have project management experience includingconceptualization, analysis, driving alignment, planning resources, and managing milestones. You provide timely and high-quality work.

You possess strong data and analytical skills, and you are comfortable with business process modeling, including creating presentations and visualizing the results. You also seek out the underlying assumptions through probing, questioning, and listening. You help the business make better decisions with empirically valid insights combined with partner viewpoints.

You are approachable and interact enthusiastically and actively with field partners and multidisciplinary groups.

You have a proven track record of driving positive outcomes related to ambiguous projects.

You have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years professional experience in financial services preferably in a client-facing or support role.

You consider yourself tech savvy and always at the forefront of innovative technologies.

Office 365, Miro, Jira capabilities and confidence learning new workplace tools needed to perform your role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

You will contribute to structuring a change management plan synchronized with the overall digital change requirements.

You will determine project scope and develop timelines.

You will conduct impact, stakeholder, and organization analyses to determine the initiative's scope, severity, and receptivity.

You will regularly report progress, roadblocks and key decision points.

You will identify risks and improvements that should be addressed by product and/or change management teams.

You will craft change stories and messages designed to inform impacted employees. Your persuasive communication will drive adoption, encourage, new behaviors and foster acceptance of new digital experiences.

You will manage and update the change management calendars both for the team (resource and capacity planning) and for the business.

You will source and interpret data to diagnose potential impediments and recommend a blueprint to test and phase-in a new digital initiative.

You will solicit partner insights and manage coordinated change impacts across targeted audiences.
