What we are looking for:

Fast Radius is seeking an experienced forward-thinking, Director of Program Management for our Product Organization. This role is heavily focused on user-experience, so the ideal candidate is expected to showcase a portfolio of research-backed work across various stages of the design process, from journey mapping to wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and more.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute on a world-class program across our product organization, with a focus on product management, product strategy, design and software engineering
• Lead the day-to-day management of cross-functional work-streams across different lines-of-business and product squads
• Design project plans and timelines, and drive accountability with responsible parties
• Oversee creation and management of product organization budget
• Create strong cross-functional partnerships with stakeholders across all company organizations.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of relevant professional program experience
• Deep knowledge of software product development
• Experience in building and leading program teams that have shipped successful products
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks on a long-term and short-term basis
• Passion for building things with new technologies
• Experience driving changes in operational processes
• Experience driving projects and collaborating in large, matrixed organizations
• Experience establishing priorities, strategic problem-solving and multitasking
