Director, Technology PMO
The US Director, Technology PMO is a high visibility role that drives market adoption and deployment of McDonald’s Technology solutions into the Market. These solutions require a level of integration and cross-functional collaboration exceeding our most complex initiatives to date. The role is ideal for an ambitious leader and change agent who has an aptitude for leading teams from vision through the delivery of business results.
· Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline REQUIRED (IT, CS, CIS or similar).
· 10 or more years of project management experience with significant experience leading complex cross-functional IT initiatives.
· Experience working in current Digital Technologies.
· Resource management experience.
· Risk Management experience.
· Recent experience working in a defined PMO environment.

Full end-to-end Program Management of market adoption and deployment of critical and highly visible digital initiatives. This includes:
· Overall program direction and governance including implementation of course corrections as needed. Duties shall focus on project monitoring, control, team integration, change integration, and corrective action as needed.
· Responsibility for leading the delivery of the overall Technology Portfolio commitments.
· Leading Sr. Program Managers responsible for orchestrating high performing teams made up IT/Digital//Marketing/Ops partners.
· Reconciling competing business priorities with partners and bridging multiple program demands/gaps in order to keep each initiative on track.
· Exemplify a confident and open/approachable leadership style that encourages others to excel.
· Understand or rapidly develop understanding of the digital technology and how it works together to create one solution.
· Hold others at all levels accountable for delivery of committed work.
· Ability to have difficult conversations with senior leadership.
· Capable of performing all tasks with self-sufficiency and minimal guidance.
· Ability to have significant and productive conversations with the “C-Suite” regarding Technology Portfolio health, status and direction.
