Company Description

The End to End Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of field activities for quantitative, qualitative, and Shopper research projects, to ensure that projects are completed within established budgets, parameters and schedule, making sure we deliver & exceed expectations and delight clients. This role works with internal clients to assess the feasibility of operational design and timeline for projects. As the primary contact and resource for research teams, this role manages the end-to- end schedule and data collection process, including vendor management.

Job Description

● Assists in processing and creation of quotes and bids for internal and external clients by assisting in the gathering of information required to create a bid, quote or proposal.

This includes:
o Outlining assumptions and cost tables
o Researching and customizing demographics, statistics etc
o Acting as supplier contact to generate cost estimates related to projects
o Communicating with clients to verify and clarify job specifications, provide additional information concerning estimates and soliciting feedback concerning bid

● Assists in the writing and customization of proposals using templates and standard formats
● Keys, reviews (proofreads) and revises bids and proposals for accuracy, grammar, spelling and cost evaluation
● Maintains accurate paper and electronic records of bids, quotes and proposals by:
o Maintaining files of correspondence, invoicing, etc.
o Keying and updating data in databases
● Providing feedback to Operations Manager and other stakeholders

●Consults with internal clients on the feasibility of operational design and timeline for projects
● Reviews of all required project materials, including Sample, Screeners, Briefing information, Quotas, Lists,etc.

●Partners with internal clients to ensure mutual understanding of data collection process and facilitate rapid response to project changes and issues
● Oversees the data collection process to ensure timely completion and profitability of the overall project
● Develops and maintains quality and productivity standards for all projects
● Provides status information and feedback to internal and external stakeholders on an ongoing basis to ensure timely provision of deliverables

●Manages project activities from end to end to ensure that projects are completed within established budgets, parameters and schedule
● Works with external vendors and internal partners to facilitate the delivery of project requirements

● Set up screener(s) in CDAR router platform
● Review and test to make sure all conditions and logic
are set up correctly
● Review feasibility/costs and set up a supply blend that will meet the project’s field period and budget requirements
● Work with the external vendors to make sure quotas are met, along with timing in field
● Pull and mail Harris Panel sample as needed
● Bring on additional external vendors if needed

●Communicates regularly with internal clients on project progress
● Prepares field progress reports, deliver to internal
client, as appropriate
● Acts as an internal client contact through project fielding
● Develops and fosters internal client & external vendor relationships

● Actively troubleshoots project fielding issues, identify and implement solutions

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a
field related to the job or 3 years of related
experience
● 2-3 years complex customer service marketing or
project management experience (market research
experience is an asset)

● Understanding of basic budget management platforms is an asset
● Experience with analytical software such as SPSS &
WinCross an asset
● Excellent organizational skills, problem solving,
ability to work with time constraints
● Exceptional attention to detail
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
(multi-tasking)
● Effective internal / external client management
skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced,
deadline driven environment
● English Fluency
● Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset techniques
● Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook/G-suite
● Experience with Decipher and/or other field
