Being an Enablement Journey Manager at iManage means…
You are a detail-oriented, dynamic, and self-driven customer advocate, who will interface with various business leaders and subject matter experts within iManage to develop persona-focused journeys for iManage customers and partners.
You will be part of the iManage Enablement team that spearheads the customer and partner success agenda and drives content to enable customers and partners to successfully navigate the product adoption journey.
You will get an opportunity to learn iManage product suite and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization—including Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Cloud Services, Professional Services, Customer Adoption, User Experience, and R&D—to coordinate the mapping and development of journey content that eliminates friction with product adoption.
iM Responsible For…
- Identifying customer and partner journeys based on company objectives and business goals
- Mapping and designing persona-focused, task-based, and goal-oriented engaging learning experiences for various journeys
- Creating standards and templates to use as a reference for all journeys
- Managing the journey calendar to ensure timely publication of new and revised journeys
- Interacting with subject matter experts (for example, Cloud Service Managers, Professional Services, Support, and so on) to ensure that the latest and relevant journey content is regularly contributed by them for publishing
- Working with the Technical Publications team to ensure that the curated journey content is published timely
- Working with the Marketing team to provide contextual and persuasive content within journeys
- Proactively and regularly reviewing and flagging outdated journey content
- Monitoring and analyzing the traffic and engagement of the iManage Journey portal
- Participating in various company events and forums to seek feedback on the journey content and make appropriate improvements
- Continually thinking of innovative ways to address problems of customers, partners, and various stakeholders
iM Qualified Because I have…
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) with a strong eye for detail
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, constructivism, facilitation, and learner-centered activities
- Experience developing asynchronous training websites and materials
- Knowledge of course planning models, such as ADDIE and course mapping
- A knack for articulating complex concepts and processes in writing
- Ability to organize and synthesize large amounts of information from various sources, and work in a fast-paced setting
- Good understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
- Working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Curriculum Development, Graphic Design, Media Production, Communication, Journalism, technical writing, or related field
