What are tms Perks + Benefits

tms Benefits Overview

As a people-first organization, it’s important that our employees have the support they need to be successful. That begins with our comprehensive benefits program, immediately effective the first day of hire. Our medical plans are all PPO’s, offering a wide variety of higher and lower deductible plans. Employees can choose between two dental plans, and we offer vision too. On top of the benefits you’d expect, we have more unique offerings: pet insurance, organ donor leave, extended parental leave, adoption leave, legal insurance, and auto/home insurance. We also cover life insurance and AD&D at not just one times the employee’s annual salary but twice.

Employees have access to a LifeWorks wellness program. Those who participate receive points for healthy activities that can be redeemed for gift cards. That same membership includes other perks too, like discounts with popular retailers, airlines, hotel chains, etc. Also in support of employees’ wellbeing, we provide access to an onsite gym at our Chicago office and to ClassPass discounted rates. In addition to ClassPass’ library of always-on digital content, employees can book fitness classes or wellness and self-care appointments at nearby spas. And because we believe physical and mental health are equally important, we make sure our people have access to an EAP program, which facilitates the support each individual needs.

Beyond our benefits, our Hybrid Work Policy enables flexibility. Each employee can choose to work from the office or from home when they need to and work with their teams to set their own working hours. To encourage work-life-balance, we also instate office-wide Sunshine Hours from May to the end of September.

Other perks include a bonus for employees who refer new hires; an annual bonus and salary increase dependent on company and employee performance; a traditional 401(k) plan with an employer match; annual profit sharing; tuition reimbursement; and student loan repayment support.
