What You'll Bring
5+ years experience managing complex programs, with a strong focus on information and cyber security
Scrum Master Certification, SAFe certification, PMP
Outstanding program management skills coupled with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong communication and presentations skills.
Excellent analytical skills and a high level of comfort with
A well-developed business acumen
Proven knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
Experience with risk management frameworks

Impact You'll Make
As the Global Cyber Crime Program Manager, your primary responsibilities will be to lead and manage global programs and projects within the organization and to maintain the portfolio of projects within the organization, ensuring they comply with all project management office guidelines. The program manager will work closely with the Global Cyber Crime leadership on the identification of business requirements and strategies to meet them. This role will manage project scope, risks and issues, track deliverables, and play a key role in decision making, planning and execution of initiatives. You will work with business leadership, staff and key stakeholders and will provide planning and directing of projects and business operations to ensure the strategic business plans are successfully executed. You will develop short to medium term strategies. You will lead the Global Cyber Crime strategic program initiatives and support processes to facilitate the efficient and timely execution of the team’s strategic initiatives.
Define and implement Global Cyber Crime program operations and execution of strategic initiatives.
Play a key role in shaping and maturing the organization’s information security posture.
Resolve security issues through continuous engagement with internal stakeholders including engineering, operations, and shared services.
Manage full spectrum operations within the Global Cyber Crime program.
