Tanda's looking for a Head of Product to join our Chicago team. You'll be working with  30+ engineers, designers, and product managers in our Chicago, London, Brisbane, and Manila offices.

As Head of Product you'll be ultimately responsible for the success of our product globally with a particular focus on the United States market. You'll do this by talking to prospects & customers (in demos, training sessions, support calls, and interviews), surveying the market, deciding what to build next, and getting projects shipped.

We are an outrageously agile company with a strong distaste of most process. We also think most product management is overblown and the field needs more doers and less talkers. If you agree, we'll probably get along well.

Nice to haves:

• Past experience with Basecamp's Shape Up (https://basecamp.com/shapeup) isn't expected (unless you worked at Basecamp), but experience working in a similar way is a nice to have. We'd like you to implement a similar methodology - or that one. The details of how you do it are up to you.
• Past experience in B2B SaaS is also nice to have but not required. An interest in B2B SaaS goes a long way. Our favourite book on the topic is Behind the Cloud - impress us by telling us yours.
• Prior experience as a head of product is not required; prior experience as a product manager is. This is the ideal role for someone who's ready to take the next step in their product career. (Read: someone who thinks they can do it better than their current HoP.)

You'll be reporting to - and sitting next to - the CTO.
