Job Description

In this role the Implementation Lead is responsible for deploying large scale solutions on the Connect platform, directly supporting the Operations Transformation team. The associate will ensure operational delivery, efficiency, and scale for new products and processes globally;

● Plan and deliver against current product, client and strategic commitments within the Connect roll out space

● Drive Operational efficiency within the Connect Activation space: converge new and existing products/ processes to OPS ecosystem

● Scale Connect products based on the strategic priorities: new countries, new products

● Understanding the complex needs of the business, translating its priorities into project plans and orchestrating the successful execution of the work to the specified timelines on a consistent basis


Job Responsibilities

● Manage the E2E implementation of new Connect products and processes at a global scale

● Lead coordination across Activation, Enablement and Innovation Operations teams to identify current Factory & Platform capabilities; understand what is feasible for deploying new product/ process standups across execution teams; synthesize recommendations based on subject matter expert assessments

● Maintain detailed project status documents which include meeting minutes, action items, issues lists, and risk management plans

● Manages day-to-day progress of projects including risk assessment and problem resolution. Defines potential problems and suggest alternatives based upon cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards

● Oversee and support multiple implementation projects concurrently within a region.

● Develop an end to end understanding of Connect, including CIP factory, Connect Platform /Front-end applications and leverage your working knowledge to influence and make functional recommendations as appropriate

● Create implementation frameworks for process/ product delivery; document process flows and gaps, operational needs for scale

● For existing products- coordinate with subject matter experts to create roadmap for delivery and BAU handover, including SOPs, support model, etc.

● Outline workload drivers for new or enhanced products, build timelines for delivery, understand operations capacity, and cost implications.

● Deploy and define frameworks for an Operations user within the Operations ecosystem; order, fulfilment, delivery, and E2E monitoring

Qualifications

Role Requirements

● 5+ years of experience in an Operations role - preferred international experience

● 2+ years of Implementation or Program management experience; managing large scale deployment and BAU readiness initiatives

● Preferred - knowledge of end to end CIP factories, retail measurement data and consumer panel data

● Cultural and social competence: Display active and consistent inclusion across teams and drive engagement with colleagues and clients across business functions in a meaningful way

● Experience and results in developing and implementing tactical plans as well as the capability to balance short term focus with long term planning in order to deliver on the objectives of the business

● Solid communication skills, including the ability to influence key stakeholders across Operations Enablement and Local country teamspreferred people management skills. Solid ability to present information in the simplest and most compelling way

● Excited to drive collaboration on new challenges while simultaneously diving into the details

● Enjoys working in the gray or unknown - defining the undefined, challenging the status quo, and solving uncharted business challenges
