Implementation Manager, Facilities - Bilingual (Spanish/English)

FourKites’ Global Implementation team is looking for a motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Bilingual Implementation Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for independently performing a number of implementation tasks, as well as partnering with our team of Implementation Specialists, and Contractors, to deliver large, global deployments of our Dynamic Yard product. It is a great opportunity to further develop your direct and indirect management skills, as your customer consultative abilities, technical acumen, and project management prowess.
What you'll be doing:
As a Facilities Implementation Manager with FourKites, you will have ownership of implementation projects, including client management, design, testing, training, and software launches of our Facilities products (Dynamic Yard, Appointment Manager, Load Tendering, and Edocs). Additionally, you will partner with our team of Implementation Specialists and Contract Partners to deliver project milestones, drive strategic customer conversations, and participate in cross-functional collaboration to set up clients for success from Sales to Customer Success. The role will be hands-on and requires strong communication, intense problem-solving, technical abilities, and the flexibility to wear many hats while remaining agile.
- Successful deployment of multisite Facilities projects.
- Work with customers project teams to timely deploy Facilities solutions.
- Lead project tasks such as the project kick-off, site survey, customer UAT, training, and go live.
- Monitor project status and ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations
- Identify and report on project risks and status to internal and external stakeholders, including Customer Executives and Delivery Consultants
- Plan internal contractor and resource capacity to meet project deliverables
- Support the customer in the design & configuration of the FourKites platform to meet enterprise customer needs and requirements
- Deliver standardized training and change management to ensure the successful adoption of the FourKites program
- Communicate with customers throughout the implementation process
- Document business and functional requirements, maintain standardized project documentation, and own maintenance of internal and external project reporting
- Develop supporting documentation for the implementation process and user training
- Develop best practices to ensure high quality and on time project deliverables
- Partner with internal teams to deliver internal initiatives and departmental projects
- Be a strategic voice for Faclities customer needs with our Operations, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
About the team:
Our Implementation team is driven, collaborative, and solution-oriented. They come from a variety of backgrounds, whether it's technology consulting at a Big 4 firm or managing projects at a SaaS startup, we run the gamut! They travel about 25% of the time, meeting with customers at critical points in the Implementation life cycle, without being a dedicated road warrior. The team is made up of animal lovers, coders, sports fans, world travelers, and all-around awesome humans!
Who you are:
- Fluent in Spanish
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Proven ability to work in agile environments with evolving responsibilities
- 4+ years of experience in client-facing roles
- Experience in the logistics industry or with Transportation Management Systems (Oracle Transportation Management, Blue Yonder, BluJay, MercuryGate, etc.)
- Excellent ability to prioritize workload and elevate risks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates a strong drive for efficiency, resolving problems and getting the work done in a timely, quality-focused manner
- 2+ years Consulting or Software Implementation Experience
- 2+ years SaaS experience
- 2+ years experience leading teams, directly or indirectly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration (MBA)
- 2+ years of experience directly managing teams
- Warehouse and distribution experience
- Hands-on experience with IoT and RFID devices
