Aclaimant is seeking an implementation manager to join our Customer Success team. The implementation manager will be responsible for scoping, designing and delivering solutions to successfully onboard new customer.

This individual will work alongside the sales, customer success management and operations teams acting as the face or our organization and the voice of the customer during implementation. The implementation manager will be responsible for advocating on behalf of our customers, analyzing current customer workflows and recommending best-practice solutions within Aclaimant.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain responsibility for complete execution of the roll-out within the allotted 120 day implementation timeframe
  • Create and maintain project plans for each customer
  • Implement multiple customers simultaneously
  • Create and maintain standardized documentation around internal and external processes
  • Full ownership and accountability of customer satisfaction and on-time delivery throughout the Implementation phase
  • Ability to speak knowledgeably on all technical integration options available within implementation
  • Create customized training packages to present in both web-based and onsite forums
  • Lead weekly status calls with customers, discussing project status, best practices and progress to implementation complete
  • Ability to train and clearly explain the benefits, best practices and functionalities of the Aclaimant solution
  • Configure the Aclaimant platform, to fit the customer's needs and requirements
  • Facilitate hand-off from Sales to Implementation
  • Facilitate hand-off from Implementation to Customer Success

What You'll Bring:

  • 4+ years of business analysis, functional consulting, project or implementation management, or related experience in a client-facing role, preferably in Technical or Software Development services organizations 
  • Implementation experience in a professional services capacity for a SaaS product required
  • A successful track record in client-facing roles, supporting external clients in a highly professional manner
  • Basic project management skills including estimating, planning, tracking and change management 
  • Ability to assess quickly what a customer needs and translate that into configuration or integration specifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to distill complex information between business users and technical users
  • Ability to navigate challenges, problem solve, and think outside the box
  • Ability to work with a fair degree of autonomy in a 100% remote environment 
  • Bachelor’s degree
