What we are looking for:

We’re looking for a proven, motivated, and strategic implementation leader to shape the future of our team and ensure our client portfolio Mobility programs start off successfully.  You will have spent a significant portion of your career in customer facing roles where you’ve created scalable and measurable processes to track the success of each and every client.  No task is too big or too small. You are the type of person that is comfortable both in the boardroom and on the front lines rolling up your sleeves to help customers directly. In this role, you will be leading and managing assigned client implementations for both new and existing clients. The position works closely with clients as well as UrbanBound operations and support teams to ensure a successful, smooth and timely implementation. 

Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria: 

  • Acts as the project manager for assigned client implementations. 
  • Develops and maintains implementation project plans as needed. 
  • Works closely with clients to gather necessary information and data, and provides guidance to ensure successful implementations. 
  • Conducts or assists in client training for initiations as related to the use of UrbanBound’s management systems.  
  • Works with Clients to develop new policies, where necessary. 
  • Create policies to capture benefits, services, required documentation, tax treatment, eligibility and general ledger accounts. 
  • Validates data to ensure content was captured and data is accurate. 
  • Conducts post implementation meetings/follow up to ensure processes are working as intended. 
  • Participates in enhancing the Implementation process via new tools, docs and procedures. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of a policy implementation project (determine policy needs, collaborate with various personnel, recommend verbiage, audit for consistency, communicate changes, and project progress, etc.).
  • Compose, maintain, revise, and clarify client policies and supporting documents in a clear, accurate, and concise writing style.
  • Document and maintain tracking of policy revisions both written and within our software.
  • Verify all changes to client policy are compatible with the Relocation Services Agreement.
  • Coordinate and assist in document publication, distribution, and communication.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, a high level of ethics, teamwork, and professionalism.
  • Consistently demonstrate excellent judgment, reasoning, and problem resolution skill techniques in the performance of all job duties.  
  • Be accountable for all decisions and actions with respect to performing job duties and responsibilities.
  • Analyze customer data and documentation to identify gaps, issues and risks.
  • Gather and assess customer requirements versus technology and capabilities
  • Responsible for translating customer requirements into configuration requests for our technology team (as needed); new customer configuration/workflow and upgrade projects from concept to launch. 
  • Resolve technical issues related to implementation and production environments based on the platform and other related technologies.
  • Key project team member that collaborates with various teams to perform implementation and upgrades, solution design, establish efficient documentation system, and assist to resolve all issues.
  • Customer training (Go Live, ad hoc training sessions).
  • Implementation managers must be capable of working with different departments and various staff groups, so teamwork skills are imperative. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), or Global Mobility Specialist (GMS).
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in a related client implementation project manager role. Previous experience in domestic and/or international assignment management counselling, or related industry experience.
  • Knowledge of applicable homesale, payroll, tax, and compensation practices and processes required.
  • Ability to work on multiple concurrent implementations.
  • Ability to communicate with clients, co-workers, and management in an efficient collaborative manner.
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills and proven ability to be detail oriented, accurate, and work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines. 
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and present accurate documentation that is concise and easy to read.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
