We are looking for a Practice Lead to join our talented MDM team in Chicago.

As an MDM/PIM Practice Lead, you will be responsible for Client Success in our engagements across all MDM/PIM implementations. and deliver on practice P&L goals. You will lead a global team of talented consultants and architects who are experienced in designing and implementing MDM/PIM solutions. You will drive the development and delivery of global delivery models and go-to-market strategies.

You're an entrepreneurially driven professional who drives revenue growth for Codifyd.

Your Responsibilities:

• P&L for the MDM/PIM practice
• Deliver happy customers and happy employees
• Manage global MDM/PIM team spread across multiple locations
• Coach and mentor the execution team on client requirements. Assist team with complex problems or decisions and provide conflict resolution when necessary
• Interact with executive leadership and stakeholders to establish strategic plans and objectives for the practice
• Serve as subject matter expert in the pre-sales process, assisting with project scoping and writing SOWs/PARs

About you:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a enterprise software implementation role
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience with overseeing and delivering P&L goals
• Knowledge and skills in developing and implementation of best practice methodologies
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time

Other:

• e-Commerce or e-Business industry experience
• Experience with PIM (Product Information Management) tools
