Provi is looking for an Implementation Program Manager, reporting to the SVP of Operations, responsible for ensuring a successful onboarding experience for our largest National Account customers. In this role, you will be tasked with the management of multiple moving pieces, customer relationships, and internal process optimization for scalable growth.
What you’ll be doing
Manage all operational and tactical aspects of multiple Implementation projects
Generating and defining Statements of Work
Creating Project Plans
Sourcing customer information and requirements
Develop and Define standard operating procedures to ensure success and exceed our customers’ expectations.
Effectively communicate plans, progress, and status/updates to both internal teams and customer stakeholders.
Articulate the value of Provi through presentations, demonstrations, and open discussion with customers.
Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships by interacting effectively at all levels of the customer’s organization.
What we are looking for:
Minimum of 3-5 years in an Implementation (Professional Services) position - SaaS industry experience is highly desired.
Heavy experience with managing multiple projects across multiple customers simultaneously while requiring little or no oversight and/or direction.
Meticulous attention to detail with demonstrated knowledge management strategies.
Must possess a strong combination of project management skills and client development.
Must be an expert at developing and maintaining positive and productive relationships with customers; impeccable communication skills and ability to understand customers’ needs is imperative.
Coach, Lead, and Empower: Able to build collaborative relationships with supervisors and peers; Able to delegate responsibilities while developing team members.
Must be a strategic thinker; Able to understand the ‘Big-Picture”; Able to think quickly and adeptly when solving complex problems; Exceptional with time management and organization.
