Implementation Project Manager

Client Launch supports this mission by seamlessly launching clients and partners onto the Collective Health platform, guiding them through implementation with expertise, empathy, and creativity.As the Implementation Project Manager, you will independently own client and partner relationships, and act as a day to day contact for key stakeholders throughout implementation. You will work collaboratively with subject matter specialists at Collective Health and externally to support our clients and partners through their onboarding experience, and develop new processes and tooling to enable our team to continue to support the company's growth.What you’ll do:
- Cross-functional project management of customer implementation projects
- Monitor and track project plans for your projects
- Follow-up on deliverables and action items to ensure they are completed on time and with quality
- Proactive, concise and constant communication regarding project status, issues, risks
- Cross-functional coordination within CH
- Communication and coordination with external clients
- Prioritization of enhancements
- Stakeholder management
- Working with the cross-functional team to define framework for scoping non-standard market requests, determining client communication strategies, and setting CX scope of service
- Support Commercial team in leading RFP response database, advising Sales Enablement on sales trainings, developing prospect-facing materials, and attending finalist meetings on behalf of Client Launch
You’ll be successful in this role if you have:
- Proficient with project management tools (Smartsheet preferred)
- Proficient with G-suite applications
- 3+ years of demonstrated ability in implementing and running complex technical/process projects
- Ability to speak and connect with both technical and business personnel, at all levels
- Ability to make progress, recommendations and decisions with incomplete information
- Identify, evaluate and lead teams through prioritization activities
- Ability to be effective in a matrix management environment
- Experience working with customers / end-users
- Member and client focused (customer centricity)
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
