Provi is looking for an Implementation Specialist. You will be tasked by a Project Manager to deliver on key project milestones for end users and implementing Provi to our National Accounts. In addition, you will be responsible for assisting in the continual improvement of our processes and internal operations. You will be working directly with our customers, and internally amongst our various departments, so communication skills are a must.

This role is best suited for someone who is cool under pressure, highly organized, process-driven, and a critical thinker.

What you will be doing:

  • Meeting with customers following the agreement to collect data and other information required to start and complete the implementation phase.

  • Following a project plan for each customer, and completing tasks for a timely implementation phase.

  • Communicating with customers throughout the implementation process to obtain feedback and approval.

  • Customizing the program based on customers’ individual needs and specifications.

  • Educating customers on how to use Provi and customized system features.

  • Ensuring that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones.

What we are looking for:

  • Extensive Organization and Knowledge Management – In order to navigate the project of successful onboarding of hundreds of customers, a meticulous attention to detail is required.  The ability to organize and manage the specifications of hundreds of customers at a time.

  • Customer Service – Since such a large chunk of an Implementation Specialist’s time will be spent directly interacting with customers, it’s important for them to have excellent customer service skills.

  • Technical savvy - A strong command of Microsoft Excel (formula expertise to organize large amounts of data), cloud-based software interactions including the working in shared databases, reformatting and uploading templates, and quality assurance traits to ensure 100% accurate data.

  • Troubleshooting – During the process of setting up a new customer, at least a couple things are bound to go wrong. Because of this, Implementation Specialists need to be good problem solvers.

  • Interpersonal Skills – Since setting up a new customer will demand the efforts of an entire team; Implementation Specialists need to be able to effectively communicate and work with that team.

  • Ability to Multitask – The goal of providing good customer service is to make each customer feel like they’re the only customer that matters. If an Implementation Specialist is able to multitask and juggle different projects simultaneously, they’ll be able to achieve that.
