We are looking for a Junior Scrum Master to own scrum ceremonies of our Halo product team. If you live and breathe the sprint process, we want you. Do you want to own the services that will power a financial revolution? Do you have the ability to scale in the face of unstoppable growth? Then read on - you are exactly who we're looking for. The ideal candidate has experience using agile methodologies with teams of 10 or more developers within a FinTech SaaS development project and works well in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities:
- Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies
- Coach and motivate the team to increase Agile fluency
- Oversee and manage the scope, timeline , goals and deliverables that support business goals
- Partner with the Product and Development Teams
- Promote core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability and visibility
- Ensure the team is tracking and communicating their progress through Agile metrics
- Empower the team in achieving their commitments
Desired Skills:
- 1+ years of working experience in various Agile methodologies such as Kanban, Scrum, etc.
- Experience in a SaaS environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Finance or Business Management, or equivalent experience
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) a plus
