BigTime Software is looking to add a Manager of Implementation to our growing Success Organization. The Manager of Implementation is a key role within the Success Organization responsible for ensuring delivery excellence within their portfolio of projects. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with experience in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment, and a passion for finding and owning opportunities.

As Manager of Implementation, you will be responsible for:
Managerial responsibility for a team of Implementation Managers
Act as the primary point of escalation for a portfolio of projects for both internal and external resources
Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues raised by their Implementation Managers
Work with Implementation Managers to track portfolio project metrics for health established by Success Leadership
Overall responsibility for delivery quality and CSAT score of portfolio projects
Be a credible subject matter expert to clients and partners during the sales process
Assist in creation and review of Project Plans to ensure proposals deliver optimal value to both BigTime and its clients
Create career development plans for team members
Mentor and develop junior resources
Create and Audit KPIs/Metrics for Implementation Organization
Interview potential candidates
This position reports into the Head of Success
What experience we are looking for:
3+ years' experience of proven leadership and team leading experience
3+ years in a client facing role, either as a PM or a portfolio manager
Bachelor's Degree Required
Proven ability to understand, track, and optimize project health
Strong organizational, customer service, and presentation skills
Strong conflict resolution and escalation diffusion skills
Strong background supporting clients through a software implementation
Coach’s mentality and ability to lead with empathy and enthusiasm that results in helping a team succeed and reach its fullest potential
Ability to lead a team in a dynamic, high growth, rapidly evolving environment
Data driven mindset with experience leveraging data in business decision making
Strong communication skills, including presentation skills to audiences of varying sizes
Comfortable with a high degree of ownership in a fast paced, high-growth, collaborative environment
Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
Working knowledge of Intacct and Salesforce.com is strongly preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment
