West Monroe Partners is looking for a seasoned creative with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of concepting and executing beautiful, useful and intuitive digital experiences for diverse audiences.
As a Creative Lead, you’ll be responsible for developing the vision and execution of digital experiences that serve users while working closely with cross-discipline teams. You will partner with internal teams to guide clients and cultivate strategic relationships with key stakeholders. You’ll be the one who usually asks the questions; what should we do and why. You’re a researcher, a maker, a tinkerer, and a visual storyteller. Most importantly, you’re a leader and a strong believer in what you do.
About You
* You have both a strong UX and visual design point-of-view with the ability to demonstrate it clearly through mood boards, wireframes, concept sketches, presentation decks, design layouts and prototypes.
* You have experience and excel at designing for a variety of mediums including but not limited to digital products, responsive websites, mobile applications, and marketing campaigns.
* You can oversee the quality of creative output and advocate for our high standards and taste core value, by not only creating great work but knowing why it’s great.
* You are eager to think like a strategist, look at the whole business problem and all the potential solutions, and stretch beyond design and copy.
* You can contribute to the Creative Practice Area’s methods and processes.
* You’re a believer in agile execution and love human-centered design practices.
* You can mentor and empower writers and designers.
* You collaboratively lead and guide teams to understand what good looks like and to move the work from good to great.
* You have a positive outlook and the ability to find the opportunity in every project to make it great.
* You demonstrate ownership on all projects and follow through on all phases of production.
What You Are Good At
* You are proficient in modern writing, design and prototyping tools, such as Sketch, InVision App, Keynote, Google Docs, Framer, Principle, etc.
* You can make the complex simple.
* You can clearly articulate and share your vision.
* You are a fearless explorer that isn’t afraid to try new approaches and tools.
* You can source, manage and provide feedback to key creative contributors including designers, writers, editors, photographers, production partners, etc.
What You Have Done
* You have 8+ years of creating and leading digital experiences while working in cross-discipline teams with developers, strategists, marketers, and product owners.
* You have a portfolio that shows expert skill in concepting, creating and leading experiences for a variety of clients and mediums including digital products, responsive websites, and mobile applications.
* You have relevant education in topics such as journalism, human-computer interaction, technical writing, advertising, graphic design, or UX.
