What You'll Bring
Prior experience in implementing enterprise level systems and driving process improvements.
Understanding of relational databases and experience with querying databases
Prior experience with system design, configuration, and administration.
Good understanding of change management and is comfortable with managing project level activity such as stake-holder communications, end user support, training, etc.
Can work with technical teams to translate business requirements.
Strong proficiency in MS Visio, Power Point, Excel, and SharePoint.
Prior experience with creating reports using Tableau.
Ability to design and create process flow diagrams.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations management, or similar field of study.
We’d Love to See:
At least five years experience working on projects involving business transformation and process improvement.
Comfortable working in a cross functional setting.
Someone who is not afraid to speak up in large groups.
Strong analytical skills to provide alternative solutions to technical problems.
Excellent communication skills.
Impact You'll Make
First 90 days – As part of the Procurement Team, you will get up to speed with TransUnion’s Procurement transformation including implementation of Procure to Pay and Contracts Lifecycle Management tools.
Beyond 90 days – Support project activities and undertake other operations responsibilities, including the localization and adoption of international sites.
