Provi is looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team.

Founded in 2016, Provi is an open digital marketplace connecting retailers (bars & restaurants), distributors, and suppliers in the alcohol industry.  We are a well funded (backed by a top tier venture capital firm), hungry team making a splash in the $240-Billion-dollar beverage industry.

Who you are

As the Product Manager for our internal tools, you will own the technology that our internal team uses to enable our end user experiences, from ideation to measuring the impact of your solutions after they’re released. You’ll provide ongoing support for these tools via issue triage, collecting feedback, managing tasks & their progress, quality assurance, and all the communication that comes with those responsibilities. You are autonomous, and dedicated to learning about + making an impact on the problems at hand.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build empathy for our internal users and an understanding of their needs through interviews, observations, testing, etc.

• Collaborate with team members to turn insights and hypothesis into solution prototypes to test with users (and define metrics for success to understand the impact of those solutions)

• Find ways to boost team efficiency through technology

• Own the processes and tools used to ingest, sanitize, and output data that enables our core product

• Regular project management duties such as: task management, QA, bug support, etc.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of practical, in-house product focused work (as a product manager, designer, developer, or any other relevant role)

• Experience building eCommerce, marketplace, or B2B platforms

• Understanding of the product life cycle, from ideation to release and iterations

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience working on data intensive products
