the job

The Production Coordinator will work on one of our enterprise clients and a portfolio of fun brands. This person provides support to the production team, including but not limited to, tracking production status, reporting, coordinating production schedules, and data entry. This person will work closely with the Production Manager(s) and assist in streamlining the workflow for the production team.

responsibilities

  • Manage and track job status reports; contact vendors to obtain tracking information and follow up on delivery status as necessary.
  • Partner with Production Manager(s) to prepare and submit the client invoices reflecting formal quoted prices and billable alternations in a timely manner.
  • Be responsible for the data entry of all job orders and specification into the proprietary order management system (VALO & InnerTrak).
  • Assist in compiling budgets and presentations for key projects as directed.
  • Run reports and research project information as requested by the production team and/or client.
  • Work closely with and at the direction of the Production Manager(s) and/or Account Manager.
  • Shadow Production Manager(s) during client meetings and conference calls, when needed.
  • Work independently on day-to-day projects.
  • Consistently exceed client expectations and provide superior customer service.

requirements

  • 1-2 years of production or project management experience.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly proficient with MS Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Dynamic personality with a progressive and disruptive mindset - the status quo doesn't belong here!
  • Entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and succeed.
  • Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
