About the position

As a Showpad Professional Services Solutions Consultant, you will join a team of Showpad experts who specialize in partnering with our customers and internal teams to launch our product. You will help ensure our customers see time to value with our product in weeks, drive adoption, and apply best practices. You will exercise change management practices to frame your work and tailor what we have learned working with 850+ customers to each one with which you partner.

Key Responsibilities 

• Become an expert in our Showpad solution
• Understand and interpret customer vision
• Formulate and deliver a plan to stakeholders on how to execute the customer’s vision
• Translate technical features into value drivers for the customer
• Develop and maintain training and project materials
• Facilitate workshops with our customers (both enterprise and SMB) to set-up our solution and roll it out to their users
• Support our webinar program by delivering weekly webinars to US-based customers
• Collaborate with internal team to plan, prepare, and manage our webinar program
• Develop and maintain training and project materials
• Collaborate with other teams within the Showpad Customer Success department

Skills we are looking for

• 3-5+ years of experience launching a SaaS solution to B2B customers, or similar experience
• Background in enterprise software delivery
• Excellent communicator, written and verbally
• Compassion for our customers as they learn a new technology
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, and risk management skills
• Ability to lead simultaneous initiatives in an entrepreneurial culture
• Comfortable challenging customer ideas / opinions
• Experience working and communicating with senior leadership roles
