Leading the launch and ongoing process management for a new Business Prioritization Committee as part of the Product Development Process (PDP) to assemble, evaluate and ultimately prioritize a complex portfolio of business projects which require engineering development across a number of core TransUnion platforms and services.

2.) Operationalizing the development of a new Global Product Catalog, including defining and managing sustainable, lightweight processes and governance to support the ongoing growth and enahancement of the Product Catalog as the primary system of record for critical product attributes across multiple functional stakeholders.

3.) Taking on other programs / projects as needed across Global Solutions that span multiple verticals, horizontals or functional areas

The Team:

The TransUnion Global Solutions team is responsible for the success of TransUnion’s suite of products and capabilities across all of its global markets. We partner cross-functionally and across business units to deliver products and solutions that meet or exceed our internal and external customer needs while adhering to legal and compliance guidelines. We are seeking a Program Manager to help drive the success of key processes in the Global Solutions team.

The Role:

The Program Manager for Commercial Success will work closely with the Commercial Success team across a broad spectrum of solutions and market leaders across Transunion with responsibility for:

Leading the launch and ongoing process management for a new Business Prioritization Committee as part of the Product Development Process (PDP) to assemble, evaluate and ultimately prioritize a complex portfolio of business projects which require engineering development across a number of core TransUnion platforms and services. Operationalizing the development of a new Global Product Catalog, including defining and managing sustainable, lightweight processes and governance to support the ongoing growth and enahancement of the Product Catalog as the primary system of record for critical product attributes across multiple functional stakeholders. Taking on other programs / projects as needed across Global Solutions that span multiple verticals, horizontals or functional areas

How You Will Contribute:

Partner with business units and functions to critically evaluate new ideas and business cases for key capabilities and products; expertise in strategic assessment to align strategic fit with enterprise objectives in order to create and maintain Global Solution priorities

Actively be able to resolve business prioritization conflicts

Facilitate leadership stakeholder alignment through changing business priorities in a dynamic delivery environment by managing the preparation, agenda and deliverables of the new Business Prioritization Committee

Own and drive the definition and adoption of best practices in program governance, demand prioritization, and process management

Identify, manage and /or escalate risks or blockers related to key programs and processes

Establish and maintain change management programs across varying levels of leadership, functions and levels as new Prioritization process is launched and matures

Partner with Global Technology to establish executive reporting and shepherd / monitor key initiatives through the process; collaborate with Technology partners to size and slot key strategic initiatives through SAFe PI delivery

Develop processes and implement methods to track business case performance and Go-to-Market efforts

Enable Global Product Catalog custodian framework throughout the data product lifecycle by establishing SalesForce as the system of record

Implement a consistent product taxonomy to support the rollout of the Global Product Catalog

Ensure appropriate integration with downstream systems, such as Solutions reporting, billing systems, branding, and other internal TU systems

Develop and implement project and change management plans for various stakeholders across the organization as new product catalog taxonomy is planned and launch.

What You Will Bring

Minimum of 7 years experience from one of the following industries preferred: financial services, technology, insurance, management or strategy consulting firm, and/or other

Superior organizational, program/project management and analytical skills;

Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work across functions and levels of seniority

Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) to manage complex meetings and drive process transparency

Ability to adapt and to change priorities to meet the best outcome for TU and the customer

Highly collaborative and able to work under tight timelines when needed

Expertise working in a matrix environment, managing multiple stakeholders

Strong leadership skills; ability to take initiative and ownership and effectively leverage resources to successful outcomes without constant direction

Strong critical thinking skills, ability to assimilate and understand new concepts in short time frames

Strong problem solving skills; ability to break down complex problems into critical parts, identify the key causes and effectively prioritize and execute way forward

Expertise in developing and leading change management and facilitation techniques

Advanced fluency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Comfort operating in and delivering high-profile results in ambiguous environments

Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, or similar field. MA/MS/MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

Subject matter expertise in Lean Portfolio Management and prioritization in SAFe methodology a plus

Expertise in CRMs, e.g. SalesForce, Sales Support, CPQ or ERPs a plus
