Key role details below:

• Own and manage carrier onboarding funnel efficiency (across modes) and identification of new channel partnership opportunities
• Work with the marketing team to develop targeted carrier campaigns
• Manage strategic carrier/3PL and tele-metrics provider relationships
• Develop and manage teams: the carrier onboarding team (based out of Colombia), carrier analytics and carrier integrations (based out of Chicago)
• Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to identify and implement best-in-class products and features that delight our carrier partners
• Own and manage planned and ad-hoc internal projects and programs to drive team efficiency and create superior carrier experiences
• Collate and report program statuses to internal and external stakeholders
• Deal with customer escalations relating to carrier onboarding / quality
• Assist with weekly team performance and operational metric reporting
• Identify and implement process improvements to enable global scalability in daily carrier onboarding operations
• Support global expansion programs across geographies and modes

Requirements & Preferred Skills

• 5+ years’ experience in one of the following areas:
• Management or Technology Consulting
• Logistics Operations
• Carrier Procurement / Partnerships / Sales
• Systems Integrations
• Experience overseeing projects/programs, including managing against a project plan
• Strong reporting skills, both tactical and executive levels
• Ability to quickly learn industry or technological concepts, as required
• Ability to proactively identify and communicate project or program risks
• Ability to manage and develop a team
• Passion for carrier/customer satisfaction and operational excellence
• Ability to be strategic and roll up your sleeves to accomplish what needs to be done
• Ability to manage own workload and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
