What is a Program Manager?
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, we’re hiring a Program Manager with experience managing complex business and technology implementation projects, coordinating activities and deliverables across multiple functional areas. The successful candidate will work directly with internal managers and external vendors to ensure Clearcover implements business projects within budget and on timelines committed to its senior management and stakeholders. We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual that can drive results through all levels of the organization. 75% of this role will be to assure Clearcover meets its state expansion goals and 25% of the job is to make sure we maintain operational integrity across the organization.

What will you do?

• Meet with internal staff and vendors to understand all required deliverables for a project and assign responsibilities to all members of the project team
• Follow-up and hold people accountable for their deliverables. This includes employees, vendors and Clearcover’s senior management
• Ensure progress of multiple projects against schedule, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Schedule and attend all scheduled project progress meetings as required, prepare meeting minutes and distribute
• Develop, communicate, and track the project plan to cross-functional teams, ensuring its overall success
• Proactively identify risks and potential issues and develop mitigation plans.
• Must be familiar with system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.
• Is aware of overall company workload, assists management team in planning for upcoming work, and assigns project management work to achieve effective and efficient execution

What do you need?

• You should have project management experience implementing new technical products along with the business processes that go along with it
• 5-10 years of Project Management experience working with leadership
• Experience with hosting internal and external meetings
• Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, distributors, and vendors.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables
• Highly organized and systematic, superb attention to detail, and ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy and an eye towards process improvement
• You need to be a direct and professional communicator across, down and up the organization
• You should have experience with budgets and financial forecasts
• Able to work under pressure and maintain professionalism when faced with aggressive deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of, and experience using, Agile and Lean project management methodologies.
